In 2007, TOP was administered in seven countries/eight cities (Japan, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, Los Angeles and New York, U.S.A., U.K., and France). While the TOP test in U.K. and France is still in the phase of pilot test, all other testing centers now provide official TOP test services. Also, the newly designed “For Beginners” level was introduced for the first time in the above mentioned countries.
