Registration & Payment

You can choose one of the following two ways to register during the designated time(Sep. 15~Oct. 9):

	1. In Person: Bring your registration form and the test fee to the test centers or promotion centers to register for TOP.
	※Note：Registrarion on site and payment will not be accepted in SC-TOP office.
	2. By Mail：
		a. Complete the registration form: Download HERE
		b. Remit the test fee at the post office.EXAMPLE

		c. Mail: Please send your registration form and a photocopy of the remittance receipt to:
			PO Box 7-400, Taipei, 10699 (10699台北郵局7-400號信箱)

Fee

The test fee is NT$1,000 for each level.

Policy for Changing Registration

Once the registration is completed, no refund will be given. The qualification for taking the test is not transferable and is valid only for those who have registered for the test. You have only ONE chance to change the test level by phone BEFORE the registration deadline.

If, for the following reasons only, the test taker wishes to reschedule the test, please call SC-TOP BEFORE the registration deadline. Each candidate may reschedule only once and take the test within one year after your original test date.

1. Serious injuries or diseases with a certificate issued by a hospital.
2. Death of your spouse or a third-degree relative. A death certificate is required.
3. Natural disaster or force majeure.
