Fees:

Additional Score Reports: NT$ 150 per copy.
2.
Additional Certificates: NT$ 350 per copy.
3.
Additional postage may be required for delivery outside Taiwan. (You will only be charged once at a time even if you apply for more than one copy.) Asia, Europe or the United States: NT$ 300; Latin American or Africa: NT$ 520. We will send you the reports/certificates requested by international express mail service.
How to request for additional score reports or certificates

Online: Fill in the application form.Download application
2. Postal Transfer: Fill out the money transfer form at the post office.EXAMPLE Account Number：19811726

3. Fax: Please fax the transfer receipt to SC-TOP. FAX: 886-2-33432413
4. We will refer to the date SC-TOP received your fax as your application date. Thus, please give us a call for confirmation.
5. Please note that only when the above steps are followed through will the application be fully completed.
6. Additional score reports or certificates requested will be issued in 3-5 working days. We will send them to you by domestic registered mail or international express mail service.
