獎金額度：第一名新台幣6000元，第二名新台幣5000元，第三名新台幣4000元。

錄取方式：依照各等測驗總分高低順序，錄取前三名；若有二位同分者，將並列該名次，下一個名次則不遞補；若有三位同分者，亦並列該名次，下二個名次則不遞補。

領取方式：本會將電話和Email通知得獎者，領取的方式有兩種：

1. 親自至本會領取：

領獎時間：2008年12月15日（一）至12月19日（五） 上午10：00～12：00或下午2：00～5：00
領獎地點：國家華語測驗推動工作委員會 (台北市大安區青田街5巷6號5樓）
注意事項：
1.   請於規定時間內攜帶「護照正本」親自至本會領獎，恕不接受代領。
2.   領獎前請先來電告知領獎時間。聯絡電話：(02)33433900轉分機520鄭小姐。

2. 填寫領據，匯入您的銀行帳戶：

如果您不方便親自到本會領取獎金，請您於12月19日（五）前來電告知本會，我們會寄領據給您，請您填寫完後放入回郵信封，寄至本會。我們會依照您填寫的帳戶，近日內匯入獎金給您，謝謝您！

※請注意:此方式會從您的獎金中扣除不超過30元的轉帳手續費，敬請見諒。

注意事項：

1. 得獎學生若參加過華語文能力測驗，此次得獎之測驗等級不得低於以往通過之測驗等級；若有上述情事，將取消得獎資格。
2. 基於本國稅法，在台居留不到183天之外籍人士，競技獎金將預扣20％稅金；若在台居留超過183天之外籍人士，則不需預扣稅金，但請提出護照內頁影本證明。

Award：1st Place: NT6,000; 2nd Place: NT5,000; 3rd place: NT4,000.

Rule：The award is given to the 3 students with the highest

scores at each level. If there are 2 test takers with the same score, they will be given the same place while the next place following is skipped. If there are 3 test takers with the same score, they will be given the same place while the next two places following are skipped.

How：SC-TOP will notify the winners via telephone or Email. To receive the prize, there are two way as follows.

1. Visit the office in person:

Time: 10：00～12：00 a.m. or 2：00～5：00 p.m., Mon, December 15, 2008 to Fri, December 19
Place: Steering Committee for the Test Of Proficiency-Huayu
(5F., No.6, Lane 5, Qingtian St., Da-an District, Taipei City , Taiwan)
Notice:
1. Please bring your PASSPORT (no photocopy) to the office. Please note that we only accept applications IN PERSON.
2. Before you come to the office, please call us first and tell us the time you wish to visit. Please call Ms Zheng at (02)33433900 ext. 520.

2. Via bank account by completing a receipt:

If for any reason you could not visit the office, please call us before Friday, December 19. Fill in the receipt in attachment, put it in the envelope with postage we provide, and send it to the office. We will then remit the grant into your account as soon as we can. Thank you!

※A remission fee of less than NT$30 will be deducted from the grant in advance if you choose this method.

Attention：

1. The award will not be given to test takers who have previously passed a TOP test of a higher level and choose to attend a lower level test at present. Those who violate the rule will be disqualified from the award.
2. Based on Taiwan’s taxation law, foreign nationals who are residents in Taiwan for less than 183 days, the prize winning in the competition requires 20% tax deduction in advance. For those whose stay is over 183 days need not a pre tax-deduction. However, a copy of the inside page of passport should be submitted as a proof of stay in Taiwan.
