適用範圍：凡97年度參加華語文能力測驗定期考試，各等級測驗前三名考生將可獲得獎金。

獎勵對象：針對母語非華語人士，不適用於母語為華語之本國人士。

獎金額度：第一名新台幣6000元，第二名新台幣5000元，第三名新台幣4000元。

錄取方式：依照各等測驗總分高低順序，錄取前三名；若有二位同分者，將並列該名次，下一個名次則不遞補；若有三位同分者，亦並列該名次，下二個名次則不遞補。

領取方式：定期測驗後一個月內，本會將電話通知得獎者，並請攜帶護照或居留證前來本會領取獎金；亦可填具領據，並檢附上述證件影本，由本會匯款至得獎者個人帳戶。

注意事項：得獎學生若參加過華語文能力測驗，此次得獎之測驗等級不得低於以往通過之測驗等級；若有上述情事，將取消得獎資格。

For Whom：Test takers with the top 3 highest test scores in the 2008 TOP regular test.

Condition：The award is intended for non-native speakers of Chinese and Taiwan citizens whose first language is not Chinese only. 

Award：1st Place: NT6,000; 2nd Place: NT5,000; 3rd place: NT4,000.

Rule：The award is given to the 3 students with the highest scores at each level. If there are 2 test takers with the same score, they will be given the same place while the next place following is skipped. If there are 3 test takers with the same score, they will be given the same place while the next two places following are skipped.

How：Within one month after the regular test, SC-TOP will notify the winners via telephone. To receive the prize, please bring your passport or ARC to the office of SC-TOP. Alternatively, the money award can be delivered via bank transfer. For this method, please fill in the designated receipt, and send a copy of your passport or ARC to the office in advance.

Attention：The award will not be given to test takers who have previously passed a TOP test of a higher level and choose to attend a lower level test at present. Those who violate the rule will be disqualified from the award.
